  I was referred to this firm by my union in 2016 and retained their services form 5.26.16 until 8.15.16. During this time period this firm did nothing but file with the WCB to take over my cases, new and prior. I was injured on 5.24.16 and the firm did nothing to establish that case, I had to move all my cases to another firm to have the new case established.
  
  In December of 2017 I was given a proposed reward for an injury from 2015, that the law firm did nothing on. When I was not being paid by my employer and called the firm I was told that their was nothing that they could do, which was untrue. Now, they have asked for an exit fee against my award for the 2015 injury. When I called to inquire as to why they were asking for a fee it took 5 calls, 4 of which ended with the receptionsist hanging up on me before I was able to speak to an attornery. My question was simple and his anwer was simple, it should not have taken 5 phone calls to get that answer. I made sure to record my interactions just in case.
  
  I would not recommend this firm, and I am highly upset the my union directed me to them.
