  Dr.liebrich is the rudest most unprofessional dr there is. On may 1st 2018 I had spoken to him asking why wasn’t the wart removed from my 5 year olds finger & what he did the first time was useless it didn’t work. Then he got nasty with me over the phone saying don’t mad at me if she she starts screaming and crying. So I told him I would explain it to my daughter that it has to come off. But he kept interrupting me telling me wait wait wait so I hung up on him well apparently dr. Basuk reviewed the phone call. Bc I got another call on may2nd 2018 from him. And he goes his this is dr. Liebrach and do you remember we spoke yesterday about your daughter Sofia I said yeah I remember I said what can I do for you that’s how I found out the owner of the practice reviewed the phone call so I said ok and before again I could say anything else the wait wait wait I said excuse me no you wait I am the patient here I’m the client I said don’t worry about it you sir are so rude and we will not be returning to you facility and hung up on him now I’m calling my insurance letting them know what came down. He also told my husband that pro pharmacy was the only place we could get a certain cream for my daughters wart on her thumb he lied about that to my husband bc I spoke to them directly n they told me no you can get it in any pharmacy it’s just that we have zero co pay I said well I have zero copay anywhere anyways and not to bill my insurance DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE RUDE EVERYONE IN THAT PRACTICE RIGHT DOWN TO THE RECEPTIONIST now also I just found out on may second 2018 that they billed my insurance for a surgery and said they removed the wart they committed fraud

  I cannot thank Dr. Basuk enough for all that she has done for me these past few months. I have been seen my numerous dermatologists before I was recommended to Dr. Basuk, not only did she give me the attention, and really tended to my needs but thanks to her my skin has never looked and felt better. She is the first Dr. to see me and really help, she is very sweet, professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. Thank you Dr. Basuk for everything you do and continue to do for me.
